CLUBHOUSE POLICIES
  • Reservations must be made for all stays using our reservation site to avoid conflict over rooms.  

  • Children are welcome and those under 17 stay for free when registered in their parents' room.  Parents are responsible for their children's behavior. 
  • There are no pets allowed, even temporarily, anywhere in or about the clubhouse.  Private clubs are generally exempt from the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and do not need to be ADA compliant with service animals, except when they open their facilities to the general public.
  • Members receive a door combination 2 days prior to arrival which is good only for the period of their reservation. Non-members are not allowed privileges to stay at the Clubhouse, and should not be given the door combination which is property of the SWC.

  • During Hosted Ski Weekends, dinner meals are served on Friday and Saturday nights, and other special hosted events (summer and winter).  Dinner meals are only provided on weekends where someone has volunteered to host and organize. 


  • Hosted Weekend Chairpersons perform most of the work needed to keep everyone happy - -  planning meals,  purchasing food and preparing the meal.  All members staying at the clubhouse during a hosted weekend pitch in to help prepare meals, clean up after the meals and keep their room clean. CANCELLATION POLICY

The refund policy for cancellations will be based on the start date of the reservation as follows:

  • Cancel more than 2 weeks in advance of start date - 100% refundable
  • Cancel within 2 weeks to 5 days of start date - 80% refundable
  • Cancel within less than 5 days of start date - 50% refundable

If you make an error in your reservation date, want to make changes or wish to cancel, there are two options:

  1. Open your original confirmation email and select the link on the bottom which allows you to modify or cancel.  -OR-
  2. Open the Reservations page, and select the Booking button to be directed to your My Reservations profile in WebRezPro to access the reservation and make changes.

Refund for the canceled reservation will be given based on the cancellation policy listed here.

Refunds will be processed within 7 - 10 business days.

SWC reserves the right to cancel your reservation if you or your guests are non-compliant with membership policies or clubhouse policies.  

  1. We will send out 2 email notices to those who have registered non-member guests or those who have not renewed their membership.
  2. The Member then has 5 days after the second notice to correct the issue
  3. If the issue is not corrected, then we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and refund the payment
