CHEAP SKI DAYS

With the overall consolidation of the large mountains into IKON and EPIC passes,  it has become harder for skiers to catch a break on lift ticket prices, unless they purchase one of the major passes.   

SWC Members can ski at significantly reduced rates at various ski resorts on specific days throughout the ski season.  Check out SKI COUNCIL DAYS from the New York Capital District Ski Council (NYCDSC) for more info on how to access this benefit.  SWC is a member organization of NYCDSC, and these discounts are available to all of our members.   

As of 01/03/2024, the following mountains are offering discounted Ski Council appreciation days:  Stratton Mountain, Maple Ski Ridge Snow Ridge, Killington/ PICO, Greek Peak, Royal Mountain, Butternut, and Magic Mountain.  Please read the terms and conditions for each mountain resort as posted on the NYCDSC website.  Typical requirements are a valid Ski Club card, other picture ID etc.  There may be a requirement to purchase the ticket in advance.

Members - Your membership card is now available digitally on the SWC website through your Profile.  The card can be printed on card stock, and will be valid at the discount mountains when the NYCDSC Discount Sticker is applied to the back of the card.    To receive your sticker,  see the Members Only section of our website.
