Brookhaven Nordic Ski 2024

Brookhaven group ski on 1/20/24:

 Six hardy skiers braved the cold (temps in the low teens) for our first Nordic ski event of 2024!  Skiing included the North and South side of the golf course and woods. Grooming and snow amounts  were very good. Both skating and classical technique were equally enjoyed by the group!  After skiing, our crew enjoyed time warming up and socializing at The View Restaurant. Folks are able to gather and warm up in the “Game Room” which is accessed from the back side of the restaurant or enjoy a lunch/dinner menu in the main restaurant. If you missed this event and like to cross country ski, I suggest taking a couple of hours to enjoy this facility... just a short distance from Saratoga.
