This is only a Hosted Meal Sign Up. You must also Book your room at the SWC Clubhouse using the BOOK REGISTRATION link for the dates of the event. As of 1/22/2026, there are still some rooms available.

We are hosting at the SWC Clubhouse from Thursday 2/19 to Sunday 2/22. There will be an Apres Ski every evening at 5 pm-ish (bring an appetizer to share). Dinner is usually at 7 pm, but we adjust according to the crowd. 

Menu:

Thursday - Spaghetti (meat and marinara), Veggie-Broccoli, Cucumber salad, bread, Dessert-Choc. Brownies/Ice Cream

Friday - Chili (meat and non-meat), cornbread, Green salad, baked potato bar-cheese, sour cream, green onion, bacon crumbles, corn chips, salsa, Dessert-Oreo ice cream cake

Saturday - Soft and Hard shell taco bar (shredded beef, chicken), black/refried beans, Cilantro-lime rice, lettuce, tomato, salsa, sour cream, corn chips, Mexican coleslaw, Dessert-Choc. Chip Brownies

Sunday - Pasta Carbonara (w/optional shrimp, non-meat Alfredo option), Olive Garden-style Zuppa Toscana, Green salad, bread, Dessert-Fruit pie

There will always be kids options by request (Kraft Mac-N-Cheese or Hot Dogs). We will make a full breakfast each morning.

If you choose not to have dinner at the clubhouse, make your restaurant reservations early.
