This is only a Hosted Meal Sign Up. You must also Book your room at the SWC Clubhouse using the BOOK REGISTRATION link for the dates of the event. As of 1/7/2026, there are still some rooms available.

We are hosting at the SWC Clubhouse from Thursday 2/12 to Tuesday 2/16. There will be a happy hour every evening at 4 pm (byob and bring an appetizer to share). Dinner is usually at 7 pm, but we adjust according to the crowd. We will have activities for adults and kids throughout the weekend. There will also be a Sunday cheese tasting from a local cheese maker.

Menu:

Thursday - Chili, cornbread, salad & dessert

Friday - Lasagna (sausage/meatballs and vegetarian), garlic bread, salad & dessert

Saturday - Roast pork, dinner rolls, vegetable, salad & dessert

Sunday - Seafood Jambalaya, biscuits, salad & dessert

Monday - Chicken and Rice casserole, salad & dessert

There will always be kids options by request (pasta, hot dogs). John will make a full breakfast each morning.

If you choose not to have dinner at the clubhouse, make your restaurant reservations early.
