SWC is pleased to announce the ongoing development of a new club website, designed to increase our online visibility, and provide a members-only area with the ability to view more extensive online content about club activities, sign up for events, check out forums, renew and pay memberships easily online, and more. This website is being developed using the Wild Apricot software.
Once the site is ready and active, members of the club will log into the new website using their personal email account on file with the SWC membership secretary. You will be prompted to select a password when logging in. Note that Family memberships are called "Bundles". One primary contact (POC) is referred to as the Bundle coordinator, and other family members are Bundle members. Every POC and family member is eligible to have their own sign on into the website, using separate emails.
During the conversion of our existing membership information, we noticed the majority of Family memberships only have one email address on file. As we import all Family members into the website database, we will assign a dummy email to those without an email currently on file. After the website is made available to all, the POC will be able to log into the website to confirm all family information, and make any desired updates to Family member email addresses.
Helpful instructions have been posted on the website explaining LOGIN, updating your PROFILE (very important!), and navigation tips. We are currently in a soft go-live status, with limited testing by members. We plan to roll out access to all active members and lapsed members in groupings of about 100 accounts at a time during the month of December 2022.
