Only SWC members may make reservations and stay at the Clubhouse. Members must be in good standing with their membership dues in order to place reservations at the Clubhouse.
Everyone signs in at the Registration Desk in the fireplace room when arriving at the Clubhouse.
Reservations must be made for all stays using BEDS 24 to avoid conflict over rooms.
Children are welcome and stay for free (excluding meals). Parents are responsible for their children's behavior.
During Hosted Ski Weekends, dinner meals are served on Friday and Saturday nights, and other special hosted events (summer and winter). Please indicate if you will be dining at the Clubhouse when making your reservation. This ensures economies in food purchases and preparation.
Based on room layouts, there are couples rooms (#13, #14, #23, #24), and family rooms (#11, #26/27). The remaining rooms are available for singles, couples or families.
Weekend Chairpersons perform most of the work needed to keep everyone happy - - planning meals, purchasing food and preparing the meal. All members staying at the clubhouse during a hosted weekend pitch in to help prepare meals, clean up after the meals and keep their room clean.
Members receive a door combination at the time of reservation which is good only for the period of their reservation. Non-members are not allowed privileges to stay at the Clubhouse, and should not be given the door combination which is property of the SWC.
